Brad Bufanda dies aged 34

ICONINSIDER — Brad Bufanda has died by suicide aged 34.
The ‘Veronica Mars’ actor was found in the early hours of Wednesday morning (01.11.17) after taking his own life in Los Angeles.
Kirsten Solem, his manager, said in a statement: “We are completely devastated for he was an extremely talented young actor and wonderful, caring human being. He was reviving his career having just completed two movies and we are shocked and saddened by his passing. The family would appreciate privacy at this difficult time.”
Lt. David Smith of the Los Angeles County coroner’s office told Variety magazine that Bufanda had died after suffering traumatic injuries as a result of jumping off a building. Smith also said there was a note left.
Bufanda played Felix Toombs in the first two seasons of ‘Veronica Mars’ – alongside actress Kristen Bell – and had roles in ‘Malcolm in the Middle’, ‘CSI: Miami’, ‘Days of Our Lives’ and with Hilary Duff and Chad Michael Murray in ‘A Cinderella Story’.
Bufanda was also a professional basketball player but had to give that up after sustaining an injury.
