Prince William reveals his Diana regret

ICONINSIDER — Prince William wishes his mother could have met his wife and watched his children grow up.
Prince Diana died in a car crash in Paris, France, in 1997, when the Prince was just 15 years old, and the British royal has admitted he would have loved for his mother to meet his family.
William – who has Prince George, three, and and Princess Charlotte, two, with his wife the Duchess of Cambridge – shared: “I would like to have had her advice. I would love her to have met Catherine and to have seen the children grow up. It makes me sad that she won’t, that they will never know her.”
Meanwhile, William has recently played a central role in the Heads Together campaign, which provides mental health support to people who need it.
And the British royal is a passionate about the campaign’s work.
He told GQ magazine: “Heads Together wants to help people feel much more comfortable with their everyday mental wellbeing and have the practical tools to support their friends and family.”
William said it’s important to spark a conversation about mental health.
He said: “Smashing the taboo is our biggest aim. We cannot go anywhere much until that is done.
“People can’t access services till they feel less ashamed, so we must tackle the taboo, the stigma, for goodness sake this is the 21st century.”
